    摘要:

    由于具备地质水文适应能力强等诸多优点,我国已经建成多条预制管段沉放法隧道。沉管隧道建成投入使用后,沉降变形是不可避免且必须面对的问题。对某沉管隧道运营至今20余年的沉降数据进行研究分析,包括累计沉降特征,历年沉降趋势,管节间差异沉降等。研究结果表明:隧道覆土厚度发生了较大变化,部分管节产生了较大的不均匀沉降,且在管节间存在较大的沉降差。隧道的这些沉降变形引起了隧道主体的结构多种病害,当在隧道沉降变形渐趋放缓后,隧道结构整体处于稳定状态。

    Abstract:

    Due to many advantages such as strong adaptability of geology and hydrology, the multiple tunnels have been built by the sinking method of prefabricated pipe segments in China. After the sinking pipe tunnel is built and put into use, the settlement deformation is inevitable and must be faced. The settlement data of a sinking pipe tunnel over more than 20 years since its operation is studied and analyzed, including the cumulative settlement characteristics, settlement trend over the years, and differential settlement between pipe segments. The research results show that the thickness of the tunnel cover soil has changed significantly. The considerable uneven settlement occurs in some pipe segments. And there is a large settlement difference between the pipe segments. These settlement deformations of the tunnel have caused a variety of diseases in the main structure of the tunnel. When the settlement deformation of the tunnel gradually slows down, the overall structure of the tunnel is in a stable state.
