Abstract:With the development of new materials, new processes and new equipment, the subgrade construction technology and the quality evaluation methods are also constantly updated. How to adapt to new technologies in time and maintain the advancement and effectiveness of evaluation methods is a continuous challenge. Therefore, the quality evaluation indicators of the expressway subgrade construction process are selected, and the weight distribution method (CRITIC method) based on the correlation of conflicting indicators is used to calculate the weights of the evaluation indicators. A quality evaluation method for the construction process of expressway subgrade combining the grey system theory and the cluster analysis method is proposed. The practice results show that when evaluated according to the proposed method, the "excellent" grey clustering coefficient is higher than 0.8, which indicates that the overall performance of this evaluation method has reached an "excellent" level, and the weight coefficient of the method is also higher, which indicates that the selected indicators of this method contribute more and can obtain better quality evaluation results for the subgrade construction process.
