    摘要:

    混凝土目前已成为各建设行业中应用量最大的一种材料,其最大的缺点是在材料制备、工程施工及后期使用环境影响下自身内部会产生细小的微裂缝,这些局部损伤若得不到及时修复,不仅会影响混凝土的使用性能,并有可能产生贯穿裂缝直至影响结构安全。通过对水泥基型自愈合防水添加剂进行实验研究,采用内掺试件与基准试件进行实验对比,对试件的抗压、抗折强度、抗盐抗冻性以及抗渗性进行定量分析,发现内掺试件在强度、耐久性及抗渗性方面均有较大的性能提升;同时与传统防水做法在施工难度、施工周期和材料性能进行了全面对比,得到自愈合防水添加剂可有效提高结构的安全性和可靠性的结论。

    Abstract:

    The concrete has become the most widely used materials in various construction industries. Its biggest drawback is that it will develop tiny micro-cracks inside under the influence of material preparation, engineering construction and the later usage environment. If not be repaired in time, these local damages will not only affect the usability of concrete, but also be possible to cause the penetrating cracks until affecting the structural safety. Through the experimental research on cement-based self-healing waterproof additives, the experimental comparisons are conducted using the internal doping specimens and the reference specimens to quantitatively analyze the compressive and flexural strength, the salt and frost resistance, and the impermeability of the specimens. It is found that the internal doping specimens have significant performance improvements in terms of strength, durability and impermeability. At the same time, compared with the traditional waterproof method in construction difficulty, construction period and material performance, the self-healing waterproof additive can effectively improve the safety and reliability of the structures.
