    摘要:

    基于新型网状密封抗裂结构材料的坑槽修补技术,结合对某重载高速公路沥青路面的典型坑槽病害的分析应用,提出新型网状密封型维修技术施工工艺。根据对材料测试和应用跟踪测试的研究发现,技术的重点材料新型网状密封抗裂结构材料相较于使用传统土工布材料在拉拔性能、剪切性能和抗水损害性能上有显著优势,该技术具有实施方便、耐久性好等优点,对于重载交通的高速公路具有较好的适用性。同时,该研究也为路面维修技术突破单一材料改性实现综合结构提升的思路转变提供了借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Based on the pit-groove repair technology of the new-type mesh sealing anti-cracking structural material, combined with the analysis and application of the typical pit and groove diseases on the asphalt pavement of a heavy-duty expressway, the construction process of the new-type mesh sealing repair technology is proposed. According to the research on material testing and application tracking testing, it is found that the key material of the new-type mesh sealing anti-cracking structural material of the technology has the significant advantages in pull-out performance, shear performance and water damage resistance compared with the use of traditional geotextile materials. This technology has the advantages of convenient implementation and good durability, and has good applicability for expressways with heavy traffic, which also provides a reference for the transformation of the idea of pavement maintenance technology from breaking through single material modification to realizing comprehensive structural improvement.
