Abstract:In the construction process of high-grade highways, due to the constraints of various factors, there are often some unavoidable situations where the tunnel passes through the cultural relics during the route selection. In order to solve the influence of tunnel blasting construction on the adjacent monuments and buildings (structures), taking the crossing-ridge tunnel of a reconstruction and expansion project in Northwest China as the research background, the blasting vibration monitoring method is used to evaluate the intensity of seismic waves generated by tunnel blasting, and the blasting scheme is dynamically adjusted and optimized according to the feedback of monitoring data. At the same time, the special reinforcement and protection of dangerous rocks and stone monuments are carried out. And a protective layer is considered to be installed around the ancient temple to play a double insurance role. The results show that the effect of the control measures is good, and the adverse effects of tunnel blasting construction on adjacent monuments and ancient buildings are avoided successfully.
