    以乌鲁木齐市东进场高架项目为背景,结合工程特点和工业化建造要求,探索了预制拼装桥梁的设计优化方法。主要内容包括小箱梁取消跨中横隔板、底板通长等厚设计、顶底板平坡设计以及采用网片化钢筋骨架笼,桥墩高度模数化设计及截面规格归并、花瓶独柱墩折线形过渡设计、加宽段盖梁标准化设计等。通过采取这些优化措施,实现了预制构件标准化和生产效率提升。结果表明,设计优化显著提升了构件预制和装配效率,为工业化建造在桥梁工程中的应用提供了重要参考。

    Abstract:

    Taking the Urumqi East Access Elevated Project as the background, combined with the engineering characteristics and industrial construction requirements, the design optimization method of prefabricated and assembled bridges is explored. The main contents include the elimination of mid-span diaphragms in small-box girders, the equal length and thickness design of the bottom slab, the flat-slope design of top and bottom slabs, and the use of mesh-reinforced steel cage structures. The modular design of bridge pier height and the consolidation of section specifications, the zigzag-shaped transition design of flower-vase single-column piers and the standardized design of bent cap in widened sections are carried out. These optimization measures realize the improvement in the standardization and production efficiency of prefabricated components. The results show that the design optimizations greatly enhance the efficiency of component prefabrication and assembly, providing the valuable references for the application of industrialized construction in bridge engineering.
