    摘要:

    随着城市开发,需要将部分地面道路改造为地下道路,而周边众多的既有建(构)筑物对地下道路的建设形成严重制约。在新建地下道路的过程中,需要同时保障基坑自身安全和周边既有建(构)筑物的正常使用。对位于复杂环境条件下的本工程地下道路基坑,综合考虑邻近的挡土墙、地下车库、地下室等,分段采用“灌注桩+内支撑”、“双排桩”、“土钉墙”、“放坡+网喷”的支护措施,并对基坑计算值和监测值进行对比分析。通过将工程安排在枯水期施工,避免了长江洪水对工程的不利影响。该工程对复杂环境基坑设计和施工具有一定借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    With the urban development, it is necessary to reconstruct some ground roads into underground roads, while the numerous existing buildings (structures) around severely restrict the construction of underground roads. During the construction of new underground roads, it is necessary to ensure the safety of the foundation pit itself and the normal use of the surrounding existing buildings (structures). For the foundation pit of underground roads in the project located in the complex environmental conditions such as the adjacent retaining wall, underground garage and basement, the supporting measures of “cast-in-place pile + internal bracing”, “double-row pile”, “soil nailing wall” and “sloping + net spraying” are taken in sections. And the calculated values and monitoring values of foundation pit are compared and analyzed. By arranging the construction of the project in the dry season, the adverse impact of the Yangtze River flood on the project can be avoided, which has a certain reference significance for the design and construction of foundation pits in complex environments.
