    基于永兴河北路综合管廊穿越新机场高速节点高架桥工程,采用MIDAS Civil有限元软件对新机场高速永兴河节点高架桥的基础变位进行数值模拟,以确保上部结构及墩柱满足承载力和正常使用要求,得到了桥梁基础变位的控制和监测指标;同时采用三维有限元计算软件MIDAS GTS NX对永兴河北路综合管廊的基坑开挖的各个工况进行分析,以评判基坑开挖方案对永兴河节点高架桥的影响,从而确定管廊基坑支护方案的有效性和合理性。计算结果表明,与高架桥相交节点处的管廊基坑采用桩锚支护方案能有效减少对节点高架桥的影响,并且桥梁的基础变位满足控制和监测指标要求,桩基内力满足要求,保证了桥梁及基坑的安全性,成果可为类似的地下结构下穿桥梁工程提供参考依据。

    Abstract:

    Based on the engineering case of utility tunnel on North Yongxinghe Road crossing the elevated bridge of the new airport expressway node, MIDAS Civil finite element software is used to numerically simulate the foundation displacement of the elevated bridge on Yongxinghe node of the new airport expressway in order to ensure that the superstructure and pier columns meet the bearing capacity and normal use requirements, and to obtain the control and monitoring indicators of the bridge foundation displacement. At the same time, the three-dimensional finite element software MIDAS GTS NX is used to analyze various working conditions of the excavation of the foundation pit for the utility tunnel on North Yongxinghe Road in order to evaluate the impact of the foundation pit excavation scheme on the elevated bridge in the node of Yongxing River, and to determine the effectiveness and rationality of the foundation pit support scheme of utility tunnel. The calculation results show that the use of pile anchor support scheme for the utility tunnel foundation pit at the intersection node with the elevated bridge can effectively reduce the impact on the node elevated bridge, and the foundation displacement of the bridge meets the requirements of control and monitoring indicators, and the internal force of the pile foundation meets the requirements, which ensure the safety of the bridge and foundation pit. The reference is provided for similar underground structures crossing under bridge projects.
