依托G15公路嘉金段（G1503公路—S32公路）改扩建工程，分析了G15公路在路网中的功能及其大流量的特性，结合规划、设计及施工筹划方案等，在施工期间制定了精细的交通组织方案，采用永临结合、循环利用等措施，达到了施工期间占一还一、维持现状通行规模不变的总体目标，最大限度地降低了G15公路改扩建工程的施工对整个市域高、快速路网的影响，同时也有效地减少了施工期间因保通需要而产生的废弃工程，在高速公路占路施工与保通需求之间寻找到平衡，实现了经济效益和社会效益的双赢。

Abstract:

Relying on the G15 Highway Jiajin Section (G1503 HIghway - S32 Highway) Reconstruction and Expansion Project, the function of G15 Highway in the road network and its characteristics of heavy traffic flow are analyzed. Combined with the planning, design and construction, a refined traffic organization scheme is formulated in the construction period. The measures like combining permanent and temporary facilities and recycling are taken to achieve the overall goal of occupying one and returning one, maintaining current traffic and scale unchanged. The impact of the G15 Highway Reconstruction and Expansion Project on the entire municipal expressway and expressway road network has been minimized to the greatest extent. At the same time, the abandoned projects generated during the construction period due to the need for traffic maintenance are also effectively reduced. It is to find a balance between the road occupation construction of expressways and the demand for traffic maintenance in order to realize a win - win situation in terms of economic and social benefits.
