    目前我国大力开展海绵城市建设,对于建筑密度大、绿化率低、改造难度大的老城区,初期雨水调蓄池逐渐成为削减径流污染负荷的有效措施之一。结合湖南省某初期雨水调蓄池实例,介绍老城区海绵城市改造中初期雨水调蓄池有效容积、进水时间的计算方法,以及建设形式、高程和各功能单元的设计思路。调蓄池有效容积为4 300 m3,进水时间为0.5 h,地下式钢筋混凝土结构,设计满足重力快速进水和运行安全。通过水泵分层布置使储水分质排放,实现精准治污。冲洗方式选用水力冲洗门,除臭选用离子除臭和化学吸附并与污水泵站共用,运行模式智能灵活。建成后预计年削减COD总量约15 t,SS约25 t,有良好的环境效益,可为其他类似工程提供参考。

    Abstract:

    At present, the construction of sponge cities is vigorously developed in China. For the old urban areas with high building density, low green rate and large reconstruction difficulty, the initial rainwater storage tank is becoming one of the effective measures to reduce the runoff pollution load. Combined with an initial rainwater storage tank in Hunan Province, the calculation methods of effective volume and inflow time of initial rainwater storage tank in the sponge city reconstruction of old urban areas, and the design ideas of construction form, elevation and various functional elements are introduced. The effective volume of this storage tank is 4 300 m3 and the inflow time is 0.5 h. The underground reinforced concrete structure is adopted. The design meets the gravity rapid inflow and operation safety. The precise pollution control is achieved by layering the water pumps to discharge the stored water by qualities. The hydraulic flushing door is adopted in the flushing method. The ion deodorization and chemical adsorption are adopted for the deodorization, which are shared with the sewage pumping station. The operation mode is intelligent and flexible. After completion, it is expected to reduce the total amount of COD by approximately 15 tons and SS by about 25 tons annually with the good environment benefit, which provides the reference for the other similar projects.
