    摘要:

    随着我国装配式行业的发展,便于山区和城市市区等复杂工况下施工的多节段预制拼装桥墩凭借其节段小、重量轻、便于运输和吊装等特点而逐渐被重视。将自锚式预应力连接与传统的灌浆套筒连接组合使用的多节段预制拼装桥墩,可在灌浆套筒连接预制拼装桥墩的基础上进一步提高墩柱承载力,从而大大减小墩柱截面尺寸,促使其更适用于下设辅道的城市立交区等用地面积受限的复杂工况。结合沪嘉高速—嘉闵高架联络线新建工程中的实际应用,系统性地介绍了自锚式预应力-灌浆套筒连接多节段预制拼装桥墩从后场预制到现场施工的全过程控制要点和关键技术,以期为后续类似工艺施工提供参考和借鉴。

    Abstract:

    With the development of the fabrication industry in China, the multi-segment prefabricated pier convenient for complex construction in mountainous areas and urban areas has been paid more and more attention due to its characteristics of small segment, light weight. easy transportation and hoisting. Based on the combination of the self-anchored prestressed connection and the traditional grouting sleeve connection. the bearing capacity of multi-segment prefabricated piers can be further improved so as to greatly reduce the section size of the pier column. and make it more suitable for the complex working conditions such as the limited land area of the urban interchange area with auxiliary roads. Combined with the actual application in the new project of Hujia Expressway - Jiaming Viaduct Link, the key control points and key technologies of the whole process from prefabrication to on-site construction of multi-segment prefabricated piers connected by self-anchored prestressed - grouting sleeves are systematically introduced, which provides reference for subsequent similar process construction.
