Abstract:A cross-railway bridge is a (80+142+142+80)-m prestressed concrete continuous rigid-frame bridge spanning six railway lines. In order to reduce the impact of bridge construction on railway operations, the design scheme of pouring three T-shaped rigid frames in parallel to the railway direction by cantilever segments is adopted, followed by plane rotation closure. Combined with the rotation construction design of the bridge, the analysis process of key technologies such as load-bearing systems, traction systems and balance systems is introduced in detail. According to the calculation results, the rotation construction can guarantee the safety of bridge construction and the requirements of railway operation.
