双排PC工法桩在软土地区基坑中的应用研究

    摘要:

    上海某水厂新建提升泵房及臭氧接触池基坑采用了双排PC工法桩围护。首先分析了PC工法桩围护的标准规范和工程应用现状,然后参考钢与混凝土组合结构设计了双排PC工法桩围护结构桩顶连接节点,并采用数值仿真模型分析了基坑开挖过程中的周边环境影响并与现场实测结果进行了对比。结果发现:采用双排PC工法桩围护的提升泵房基坑开挖过程中工程安全可靠,未对周边环境造成影响;相比于双排钻孔灌注桩围护,双排PC工法桩围护施工便利,可大大减少工期;PC工法桩可重复利用,可较大程度地节约工程费用。

    Abstract:

    The double-row PC pile enclosure is used in the foundation pit of the newly built lift pump house and ozone contact tank in a waterworks in Shanghai. Firstly, the engineering application status and standard specifications of PC pile enclosure are analyzed. Then, referring to the steel and concrete composite structure, the top connection nodes of double-row PC pile enclosure are designed. The numerical simulation model is used to analyze the impact on the surrounding environment during the excavation process of the foundation pit, and the results are compared with the field measurements. The results show that the excavation process of the foundation pit for the lift pump house using double-row PC piles is safe and reliable, without impact on the surrounding environment. Compared with the enclosure of double-row bored cast-in-place piles, the enclosure of double-row PC piles are more convenient in the construction, which can greatly reduce the construction period. The PC piles can be reused, which can greatly save engineering costs.
