Abstract:With taking the prefabricated assembled piers 1#~5# of Nanyang North Interchange NW ramps in the 104 National Highway Hangzhou Hezhuang to Yaqian Project as the research background, the refined pier numerical analysis model is established to consider the effects of different yield strength steel plates and wall plate heights on the mechanical performance of prefabricated pier column. The results show that the greater the strength of the connecting device, the higher the height of wall plate, and the stronger the horizontal bearing capacity. The reduction of the wall plate height and the use of low-yield point steel can improve the energy consumption capacity of the pier columns, and the choice of high-yield point steel can make the anchor rod play a role in load sharing, and at the same time, can improve the connecting performance between the connecting device and the pier columns.
