    宁波舟山港六横公路大桥一期工程(梅山互通至柴桥枢纽段)全桥控制性工程梅山水道桥采用双塔双索面混凝土斜拉桥,主桥位于平曲线段,主梁采用混凝土π形设计,设2%的单向超高。本桥为空间非对称索力结构且位于曲线段,斜拉索须经三次张拉才能完成节段施工,每次张拉都会对索导管的空间位置造成影响。因此,能否对索导管的空间坐标进行精确定位,将直接影响斜拉索后续张拉的顺利进行以及挂篮的结构受力安全。对现浇混凝土梁索导管定位技术进行研究分析,并强调其中的注意事项及突出特点,能为之后的斜拉桥索导管定位施工提供相关经验。

    Abstract:

    The first phase of the Ningbo Zhoushan Port Liuheng Highway Bridge (Meishan Interchange to Chaiqiao Hub Section) is a fully controlled project. The Meishan Waterway Bridge is a double-pylon double-plane concrete cable-stayed bridge. Its main bridge is located on a flat curved section. Its girder is designed in a concrete π-shape with a unidirectional overheight of 2%. This bridge is a spatial asymmetric cable structure located on a curved section. The stayed cables need to be tensioned three times to complete the segment construction, and each tensioning will affect the spatial position of the cable conduit. Therefore, the precise positioning of the spatial coordinates of the cable conduit will directly influence the smooth tensioning of the stayed cable and the structural stress safety of the form traveler. The positioning technology of cable conduits for cast-in-place concrete beams is studied and analyzed, and the focus is on its precautions and prominent features, which can provide the relevant experience for the positioning construction of cable conduits for cable-stayed bridges in the future.
