Abstract:The first phase of the Ningbo Zhoushan Port Liuheng Highway Bridge (Meishan Interchange to Chaiqiao Hub Section) is a fully controlled project. The Meishan Waterway Bridge is a double-pylon double-plane concrete cable-stayed bridge. Its main bridge is located on a flat curved section. Its girder is designed in a concrete π-shape with a unidirectional overheight of 2%. This bridge is a spatial asymmetric cable structure located on a curved section. The stayed cables need to be tensioned three times to complete the segment construction, and each tensioning will affect the spatial position of the cable conduit. Therefore, the precise positioning of the spatial coordinates of the cable conduit will directly influence the smooth tensioning of the stayed cable and the structural stress safety of the form traveler. The positioning technology of cable conduits for cast-in-place concrete beams is studied and analyzed, and the focus is on its precautions and prominent features, which can provide the relevant experience for the positioning construction of cable conduits for cable-stayed bridges in the future.
