    随着污水处理厂规模的不断扩大,城市对市政污泥减量化处理处置的需求也日益升高。例举了海南省某市污泥处理处置中心二期扩建项目污泥深度脱水工艺选择和设计参数,结合污泥最终处理出路以及现状一期处理工艺,确定采用“重力+机械浓缩、化学调理、板框压滤”的处理工艺。工程污泥处理规模为100 t/d(80%含水率),出泥含水率要求为55%以下,外运与生活垃圾协同焚烧,单位处理成本约331.42 元/t。项目已成功实施运行,可为类似工程设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous growth of the scale of WWTPs, the demand for municipal sludge reduction and disposal in cities is increasing day by day. Taking a sludge treatment and disposal center Phase Ⅱ expansion project in a city in Hainan Province as an example, the selection and design parameters of sludge deep dewatering technology are introduced. Combined with the final treatment outlet of the sludge and the current treatment process of Phase I, the treatment technology of "gravity + mechanical thickening, chemical conditioning, plate-frame pressure filtration" is determined to use in the project. The sludge treatment scale of this project is 100 t/d (80% moisture content). The moisture content of the finished sludge is required to below 55%, and then the sludge is transported out for incineration together with the domestic waste. The unit treatment cost is about 331.42 yuan/t. The project has been successfully implemented and is in operation, which can provide the reference for the design of similar projects.
