    摘要:

    南方某市污水处理厂随着不断改扩建,污泥量不断增多,2023年污水设计处理能力为168.5万m3/d,污泥量达189 462 t/a(以80%含水率计),污泥的有效处理处置面临着严峻挑战。为了应对这一挑战,在调研国内污泥处理处置工程情况的基础上,通过分析该市污水处理厂污泥处理处置现状和垃圾焚烧厂运营现状,制定了近期因地制宜采用“污泥脱水+干化+垃圾焚烧厂协同处置”的技术路线,以快速高效解决当前污泥处理处置能力不足的难题;远期则以“污泥脱水+干化+污泥独立焚烧处置”技术路线为主,近期协同处置路线作为备用的规划,确保该市污水处理厂污泥处理处置路径的独立自主、稳定可靠。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous expansion and reconstruction of wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs) in a southern city, the amount of sludge has been increasing. In 2023, the designed sewage treatment capacity reached 1 685 000 m3/d, and the amount of sludge reached 189 462 t/a (calculated at an 80% moisture content). The effective treatment and disposal of sludge is facing to a severe challenge. To address this challenge, on the basis of investigating and surveying the domestic sludge treatment and disposal engineering, and by analyzing the current status of sludge treatment and disposal in the WWTP and the operational status of waste incineration plant in this city, the technical route of “sludge dewatering + sludge drying + waste incineration plant collaborative disposal” is proposed in the short term according to the local condition to solve the problems of current insufficient sludge treatment and disposal capacity quickly and efficiently. For the long-term planning, the technical route of “sludge dewatering + sludge drying + independent incineration and disposal of sludge” is mainly adopted, and the short-term collaborative disposal route is planned as a backup, which ensures the independent, stable and reliable path for sludge treatment and disposal in the WWTP of this city.
