Abstract:With the accelerated development of urban housing construction, more and more construction projects require the construction near existing buildings. Taking a project in Shanghai as an example, by studying the construction technical measures of "optimizing the enclosure and support structure, the material of the base slab brick membrane, the waterproofing material of the foundation slab, and the backfill material of the foundation pit", the optimization measures of support structures and foundation pit construction materials in the construction of deep foundation pits adjacent to existing buildings are analyzed to realize the rapid construction and reduce the time of foundation pit leakage. Thus, the stability of foundation pit is improved and the impact of deep foundation pit construction on the surrounding environment is reduced, which provides the reference for the design of deep foundation pit enclosure structures and the selection of foundation pit construction materials and processes.
