    摘要:

    随着城市房屋建筑加速发展,越来越多的工程施工需要邻近既有建筑施工。以上海某工程为例,通过对“优化围支撑结构、承台砖胎膜材料、基础底板防水材料、基坑回填材料”等施工技术措施研究,分析了紧邻既有建筑深基坑施工中支撑结构及基坑施工材料优化措施,实现快速施工、减少基坑暴漏时间,从而提高了基坑稳定性及减少深基坑施工对周边环境的影响的效果,为深基坑围护结构设计及基坑施工材料、工艺选择上提供参考。

    Abstract:

    With the accelerated development of urban housing construction, more and more construction projects require the construction near existing buildings. Taking a project in Shanghai as an example, by studying the construction technical measures of "optimizing the enclosure and support structure, the material of the base slab brick membrane, the waterproofing material of the foundation slab, and the backfill material of the foundation pit", the optimization measures of support structures and foundation pit construction materials in the construction of deep foundation pits adjacent to existing buildings are analyzed to realize the rapid construction and reduce the time of foundation pit leakage. Thus, the stability of foundation pit is improved and the impact of deep foundation pit construction on the surrounding environment is reduced, which provides the reference for the design of deep foundation pit enclosure structures and the selection of foundation pit construction materials and processes.
