    摘要:

    为改善和提升双组分标线涂料的性能,研究在不同固化剂掺量下涂料的耐磨性、黏结性、附着性等性能的变化情况,确定固化剂用量对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,双组份标线涂料的不粘胎时间随固化剂用量的增加而减少;涂料的抗磨耗性能随固化剂用量的增加先提升后减小,固化剂掺量为2.0%时磨耗损失最小;涂料的黏结性能随着固化剂用量的增加先增加后减小,固化剂掺量为2%时黏结性能最好;涂料的附着性和柔韧性随固化剂用量的增加先增加后减小,综合考虑耐磨性、黏结性、经济性等,建议合理的固化剂掺量为2%~2.5%。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve and enhance the performance of two-component marking coatings, the changes in wear resistance, adhesion, bonding and other properties of coatings under different curing agent dosages are studied to clarify the effect of curing agent dosage on the coating performance. The results indicate that the non stick time of two-component marking coatings decreases with the increase of curing agent dosage. The wear resistance of the coating first increases and then decreases with the increase of curing agent dosage, and the wear loss is minimized when the curing agent dosage is 2.0%. The bonding performance of coatings increases first and then decreases with the increase of curing agent dosage, and the best bonding performance is achieved when the curing agent dosage is 2.5%. The adhesion and flexibility of coatings increase first and then decrease with the increase of curing agent dosage. By comprehensively considering the wear resistance, adhesion, economy, etc., it is recommended that the reasonable curing agent dosage is 2% ~ 2.5%.
