Abstract:Relying on the water supply pipe repair project in Huaxiang Road (Xinghong Road - Shenlan Road) in Minghang District, Shanghai, the embedded steel plate technology is deeply analyzed. Firstly, the principle and construction steps of this technology are elaborated in detail. Then, compared with the traditional steel plate technology, its shortcomings in vibration, noise and slip resistance are analyzed in depth. Focusing on the shortcomings of traditional technologies, the innovative application of embedded steel plate technology in noise reduction and anti-slip technology is specially discussed. During the construction period, the use of embedded steel plate technology can temporarily open the traffic during non-construction periods of working shaft. By optimizing the support structure of the working shaft and adding the shock-absorbing rubber, the noise has been significantly reduced. At the same time, the spraying of MMA colored anti-slip coating on the surface of the steel plate will greatly enhances the anti-slip performance so as to effectively ensure the safe and comfortable passage of pedestrians and vehicles. The practice has proven that compared to the relevant standard requirements, the noise reduction and anti-slip performance of the embedded steel plate technology are excellent, and its high application value is shown.
