    摘要:

    水生态保护与修复工程效果评估对工程设计、实施及后期管理均有重要意义。构建了包括生境恢复效果、水质改善效果、生物恢复效果、工程管理效果、公众满意度5个准则层共16个单项指标的水生态保护与修复工程效果评估体系,提出了包括单项指标评价方法、指标权重确定、综合评价等水生态保护与修复工程效果评估主要方法,并以南京莫愁湖为实例进行了工程效果评估。评估结果显示,莫愁湖水生态保护与修复工程成效极显著,水生态系统极稳定,健康状况极佳,评价为优秀。

    Abstract:

    The evaluation of the engineering effects of water ecological protection and restoration is of great significance for engineering design, implementation and later management. The evaluation system for the engineering effects of water ecological protection and restoration with a total of 16 individual indicators including habitat restoration effect, water quality improvement effect, biological restoration effect, engineering management effect and public satisfaction is built. The main methods for evaluating the engineering effects of water ecological protection and restoration including the evaluation method of individual indicators, the determination of index weights, and the comprehensive evaluation are proposed. And taking Mochou Lake in Nanjing as an example, the engineering effects are evaluated. The evaluation results show that the engineering effects of water ecological protection and restoration of Mochou Lake are extremely remarkable, the water ecological system is extremely stable, and the health condition is excellent, rated as outstanding.
