    摘要:

    近年来UHPC-普通混凝土组合铺装体系应用得越来越多,然而关于UHPC与普通混凝土间界面抗剪性能的专项研究成果与应用实践并不多。以沪南公路(闸航公路—G1503)改建工程新建申江南路跨线桥为载体,通过斜剪试验和弯拉试验,对比研究采用了凿毛、刻槽、光滑和植筋等措施处理的UHPC-普通混凝土界面抗剪性能。研究结果表明:相比光滑界面,凿毛、刻槽和植筋等措施均能大幅度提升界面的抗剪性能,且凿毛试件的斜剪破坏和弯拉破坏符合设计要求,工程操作简单、便捷。

    Abstract:

    In recent years, the application of UHPC - ordinary concrete composite pavement system has been increasing. However, there are not many special research results and application practices in the interface shear resistance performance between UHPC and ordinary concrete. Taking the new built South Shenjiang Road Overpass in the Hunan Highway (Zhahang Highway — G1503) Reconstruction Project as the carrier, the interface shear resistance performances of UHPC - ordinary concrete treated by the measures of roughening, grooving, smoothing and reinforcement planting are compared and studied through the oblique shear tests and bending tensile tests. The research results indicate that compared with the smooth interfaces, the measures of roughening, grooving and planting reinforcement can significantly improve the interface shear performance, and the oblique shear failure and bending tensile failure of chiseled specimens meet the design requirements. The engineering operation is simple and convenient.
