    摘要:

    为研究在富水性土层中进行顶管地下对接施工关键技术,通过准确的测量控制,在不具备顶管井施工条件的土层中,借助预制钢筒骑马井的下沉施工,实现暗挖转明挖,焊接封闭机头壳体,完成顶管贯通。将地下对接技术与骑马井沉井施工技术相结合,采用BIM技术对施工过程进行模拟,严格控制地面沉降,在一定程度上提升了在富水性土层中实施顶管地下对接的安全性,分析并提炼出该地下对接技术的特点及相关技术措施,认为该技术具有显著的效益和广阔的应用前景。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the key technology of underground pipe jacking construction in water rich soil layers, accurate measurement and control were used to achieve the transition from underground excavation to open excavation in soil layers that do not have the conditions for pipe jacking well construction. The prefabricated steel cylinder saddle well was used for sinking construction, and the closed head shell was welded to complete the pipe jacking process. By studying the combination of underground docking technology and the construction technology of horse riding well sinking well, using BIM technology to simulate the construction process and strictly control ground settlement, the safety of underground docking of top pipes in water rich soil layers has been improved to a certain extent. The characteristics and related technical measures of this underground docking technology have been analyzed and obtained, which has significant benefits and broad application prospects.
