Abstract:In order to study the key technology of underground pipe jacking construction in water rich soil layers, accurate measurement and control were used to achieve the transition from underground excavation to open excavation in soil layers that do not have the conditions for pipe jacking well construction. The prefabricated steel cylinder saddle well was used for sinking construction, and the closed head shell was welded to complete the pipe jacking process. By studying the combination of underground docking technology and the construction technology of horse riding well sinking well, using BIM technology to simulate the construction process and strictly control ground settlement, the safety of underground docking of top pipes in water rich soil layers has been improved to a certain extent. The characteristics and related technical measures of this underground docking technology have been analyzed and obtained, which has significant benefits and broad application prospects.
