    摘要:

    城市交通的快速发展带来了大量的高架车站建设需求,但传统的设计施工方法面临劳动力价格上升与双碳减排战略的双重挑战。为此,有必要针对装配式高架车站技术的优化展开研究。首先,提出了一种适用于高架车站的装配式结构形式,确定关键主体构件的结构形式与节点的连接形式;其次,参考实际工程中的结构布置与荷载开展整体模型分析,验证结构构件与节点连接形式的可行性,开展针对节点区域的精细化有限元模拟,通过敏感性分析探讨局部节点对整体指标的影响;最后,提出了一套适用于装配式高架车站结构的施工方法。研究结果表明:结构关键节点构造经模型计算均能够满足设计要求,提出的装配式高架车站能够推动装配式建筑技术在轨道交通高架车站领域的发展应用。

    Abstract:

    The rapid development of urban transportation has brought about a significant demand for the construction of elevated stations. However, the traditional design and construction methods are facing a dual challenge of rising labor costs and the dual-carbon emission reduction strategy. Therefore, it is necessary to study the techniques of fabricated elevated station. Firstly, a fabricated structural form suitable for elevated stations is proposed, and the structural forms of key components and the connection forms of the nodes are determined. Secondly, an overall model analysis is conducted by referring the structural layout and load of actual project to validate the feasibility of the structural components and node connections. The refined finite element simulation of the node area is carried out, and the impact of local nodes on the overall performance is discussed through the sensitivity analysis. Finally, a set of construction methods suitable for the structure of fabricated elevated station is proposed. The research results show that the key node construction of structures can meet the design requirements through the model calculation, and the proposed fabricated elevated station can promote the application and development of fabricated construction technology in the field of rail transit elevated stations.
