    天津国家会展中心雨水调蓄池设计统筹排水防涝、水环境治理和非常规水资源利用等,实现调蓄池多功能于一体,总容积16 000 m3。调蓄池主要构(建)筑物包括进水井、地下调蓄池及地上辅助用房。削峰调蓄池容积12 200 m3,可有效调蓄雨水峰值,降低下游管道规格和泵站规模,保证会展区域的雨水排涝安全。初雨调蓄池容积3 800 m3,可有效控制服务范围内的初期雨水面源污染,起到改善海河水环境质量的作用。调蓄池内设置雨水回用水泵,可满足上部公园绿化浇灌用水,实现了雨水资源的再利用,符合海绵城市建设理念和要求。调蓄池的设计具有较高的环境效益和社会效益。

    Abstract:

    The design of the rainwater storage tank in Tianjin National Convention and Exhibition Center integrates the drainage and flood control, the water environment governance and the utilization of unconventional water resources to achieve the multifunctional integration of the storage tank. Its total volume is 16 000 m3. The main structures of the storage tank include the influent well, underground storage tank and ground auxiliary room. The peak clipping volume of storage tank is 12 200 m3, which can effectively regulates the peak of rainwater, reduces the size of pipelines and the scale of pumping stations at the downstream, and ensures the safety of rainwater and flood drainage in the convention and exhibition area. The volume of the initial rainwater storage tank is 3 800 m3, which can effectively control the initial rainwater surface source pollution within the service area, and play a role in improving the water environmental quality of the Haihe River. The rainwater reuse pumps are set up in the storage tank to meet the water needs for the greenery irrigation of the upper parks, achieving the reuse of rainwater resources and meeting the concept and requirements of sponge city construction. The design of the storage tank has the higher environmental and social benefits.
