    以上海市崇明区五滧垦区圩区除涝规划为例,研究在一定的规划设计标准条件下,运用河网水动力模型,通过研究河网水量、水位、流量等指标,比选多个方案;统筹考虑多种因素,合理确定区域河网泵闸布局及规模、河面率及相关参数,辅以科学合理的管理调度措施,控制区域河网除涝的最高水位,保障地区防汛安全。

    Abstract:

    Taking the waterlogging drainage planning of Wuyao Reclamation Polder area in Chongming District in Shanghai as an example, the application of a hydrodynamic model for river networks under the specific planning and design standards is studied. By studying the indicators such as water volume, water level and water flow of the river network, the multiple schemes are compared and selected, the multiple factors are taken into comprehensive consideration, the layout and scale of pump and sluice gate, the river surface ration and related parameters are rationally determined in the regional river network, and the scientific and reasonable management and dispatching measures are supplemented so as to control the highest water level of waterlogging drainage in the regional river network and ensure the regional flood control safety.
