Abstract:As a main urban road, Shaoshan Road is a supporting municipal road for Shantou High-speed Railway Station Hub. Its underpass is closely related to multiple key infrastructure design projects of the urban transportation system. The supporting rainwater pumping station is closely connected to the metro section beneath the east square of the high-speed railway station, the underground pedestrian corridor and the roof of the east square. The key issues such as the rational construction of the drainage system, the scientific division of the rainwater area, and the process design of the rainwater pumping station for the supporting municipal road (Shaoshan Road) of the Shantou High-speed Railway Station Hub are introduced in detail from multiple dimensions. Its aim is to provide the engineering experience for the collaborative construction of underpass rainwater pumping stations in underground spaces, and ensure the drainage safety of the underpass and avoid the waterlogging disasters, which is of significant reference value for the other similar projects.
