    摘要:

    桥梁临时支撑结构是为桥梁施工过程中提供支撑而临时搭建的结构,其中贝雷梁是使用贝雷架组成的桁梁,因其施工简单,整体性好,成本较低等特点,在现浇桥梁的施工中被广泛应用。当前的桥梁施工监测常受限于布置的传感器数量,无法对监测对象的未知测点进行实时监测分析,而临时支撑结构需要保持良好的实时监测评估。因此,使用无线采发仪及各类传感器组成远程监测系统,再通过有限元模拟仿真,结合局部监测数据展开反演分析,从而达到对监测对象整体的力学状态分析,并通过Python开发的web端程序,实现了采集参数的实时监测与评估,为保障施工质量与安全提供了理论依据,以期为后续的施工监测系统开发提供一定的参考。

    Abstract:

    The temporary support structures of bridge are the structures temporarily erected to provide support during the bridge construction process, in which Beilei beam is a truss beam composed of Beilei frame. The Beilei beam is widely used in the cast-in-place bridge construction due to its simple construction, good integrity and low cost. The current construction monitoring of bridges is limited in the arrangement of sensor number, which is hard to carry out the real-time monitoring and analysis of unknown monitoring points of the monitored objects. However, the temporary support structure needs to be subject to good real-time monitoring and evaluation. Therefore, the wireless data acquisition devices and various sensors are used to establish a remote monitoring system, and then the finite element is adopted for simulation. Combined with the local monitoring data, the inversion analysis is carried out to analyze the integral mechanical state of the monitored objects. And through Python-developed web-based program, the real-time monitoring and evaluation of collected parameters are realized. The theoretical foundation is provided for ensuring the construction quality and safety, which can provide a certain reference for later development of construction monitoring systems.
