渝西地区交通一体化发展对策研究

Study on Countermeasures for Integrated Development of Transportation in Western Chongqing Region

摘要:

成渝双城经济圈是我国继“京津冀”、“长三角”和“大湾区”之后的第四大城市群，目前两个超大城市的虹吸效应明显，存在“两头大、中间小”的哑铃式发展格局，渝西等中部地区“塌陷”趋势明显。协同发展，交通先行，以渝西地区为研究对象，在系统分析现状交通条件、列出区域交通存在的问题的基础上，结合地区功能定位和发展目标，聚焦交通枢纽、交通廊道、公交体系3个方面，提出了交通一体化发展的具体措施，对优化渝西地区交通布局，促进区域经济协同发展具有一定的指导意义，对其他都市圈交通一体化建设有一定的参考作用。

Abstract:

The Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle is the fourth largest urban agglomeration in China after the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta and the Greater Bay Area. At present, the siphoning effect between the two megacities is obvious, which exists a dumbbell-shaped development pattern of "big at both ends and small in the middle", and the trend of "collapse" in central regions such as western Chongqing is obvious. Coordinated development starts with transportation. Taking the western Chongqing region as the research object, the current traffic conditions are systematically analyzed and the existing problems in regional traffic are listed. Combined with the functional localization and development objective of the region, the focus is on three aspects of transportation hub, transportation corridors and public transport system. The detailed measures for the integrated development of transportation are proposed to optimize the regional traffic layout of the western Chongqing and promote the coordinated development of the regional economy, which has certain reference value for the integrated construction of transportation in other metropolitan areas.
