    摘要:

    结合沙田北片区市政配套基础设施的建设,对街道一体化设计导则进行研究,首先提出5大街道设计理念转变的总体思路,然后通过解读上位规划,提炼出街道特色,针对街道类型划分提出设计策略,接着从车行系统、慢行系统、绿化系统等管控要素方面对街道进行精细化设计,并从设施、场地2个方面对协同一体化设计进行分析,最后总结了在规划、设计、建设、运营等不同阶段的一体化管理策略,为类似片区的特色街道建设提供参考。

    Abstract:

    Based on the construction of municipal supporting infrastructure in the Shatian North Area, the integrated street design guidelines were studied. Firstly, the general ideas for the transformation of five major street design concepts are proposed. Subsequently, design strategies are proposed by interpreting the master planning, extracting street characteristics, and classifying street types. Then, the street is finely designed from control elements such as the vehicle system, slow system, and greening system. And the collaborative integrated design is analyzed from the two aspects of facilities and venues. Finally, the integrated management strategies at different stages of planning, design, construction and operation are summarized, which provides a reference for the construction of characteristic streets in similar areas.
