    摘要:

    随着城市开发用地的日趋紧张,开发边界的不断外延,利用远郊山区进行产业园建设成为常态。区别于城市道路,远郊山区在地质、山洪、边坡、耕地限制、现状河涌等条件更为复杂。结合深圳深汕特别合作区环境科技产业园基础设施及其配套路网的建设,通过对产业园布局、交通需求、功能定位及沿线用地等因素进行分析,论述了园区交通特征、验证路网布局及规模,介绍了项目总体方案,并针对项目交叉设计、下穿高速节点、山洪截排等措施进行了分析论证。为城市开发利用远郊山区时,配套路网建设遇到类似情况提供有益的借鉴。

    Abstract:

    With the increasing shortage of urban development land and the continuous extension of development boundaries, it has become the norm to build industrial parks in the far suburban mountainous areas. Different from the urban roads, the conditions of geology, mountain torrents, slopes, cultivated land restrictions and existing river channels in the far suburban mountainous areas are more complex. Combined with the construction of infrastructure and supporting road network in the Environmental Technology Industrial Park in Shenzhen Shenshan Special Cooperation Zone, by analyzing the layout, transportation needs, functional orientation, and land use along the route of the industrial park, the traffic characteristics of the park are discussed to verify the layout and scale of the road network, and the overall scheme of the project is introduced. And the measures for project cross-design, underpass nodes for expressway, and mountain torrent interception and drainage are analyzed and demonstrated. The useful reference is provided for similar cases encountered in the construction of supporting road networks during urban development and utilization of far suburban mountainous areas.
