高模量沥青结合料及混合料路用性能研究

    摘要:

    提升沥青结合料模量可有效增强路面耐久性,减少高温病害。为丰富长寿命路面结构方案,以20#硬质沥青、70#基质沥青、HM-A高模量剂为原材料,通过常规性能指标与流变学分析,建立Burgers模型,结合混合料路用性能,充分研究高模量对沥青结合料与混合料的影响。沥青试验结果表明:提高模量显著提高了沥青结合料的劲度,改善了抗老化性、温度敏感性,使沥青结合料保持弹性,永久变形大幅减少,但同时损失了部分应力松弛性。混合料试验结果表明:提高沥青结合料模量有效降低了车辙的产生,提高了路面承载能力,同时低温性能与水稳性能也有所改善;高模量沥青流变性质较好地反映出混合料的温度敏感性与高温抗变形能力规律。研究为高性能沥青路面设计提供理论支撑。

    Abstract:

    Increasing the modulus of asphalt binder can effectively enhance the durability of the pavement and reduce the high-temperature diseases. In order to enrich the long-life pavement structure scheme, taking 20# hard asphalt, 70# matrix asphalt and HM-A high-modulus agent as the raw materials, and through the conventional performance indicators and rheological analysis, a Burgers model is established. Combined with the pavement performance of the mixture, the effect of high modulus on the asphalt binder and mixture is fully studied. The asphalt test results show that the increase of modulus significantly improves the stiffness of the asphalt binder, and the aging resistance and the temperature sensitivity are improved, which keep the asphalt binder elastic and significantly reduce its permanent deformation. But at the same time, some stress relaxation is reduced. The results of the mixture test show that increasing the modulus of the asphalt binder effectively reduces the generation of rutting and improves the bearing capacity of the pavement. At the same time, the low-temperature performance and the water stability performance are also improved. The rheological properties of high-modulus asphalt better reflect the temperature sensitivity and high-temperature deformation resistance of the mixture, which provides the theoretical support for the design of high-performance asphalt pavement.
