Abstract:With the rapid development of technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence, the digital construction of road infrastructure has become a key approach to enhance the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the transportation system. To provide relevant basis for the further development of refined and digitalized road facility maintenance, first, by analyzing the deficiencies of the current situation of traditional road maintenance, a new model of infrastructure operation and maintenance management featuring an interactive closed loop between refined maintenance business management and facility performance data management has been proposed, and the supporting technologies and implementation paths for realizing the “business-data” dual closed-loop management mode are expounded. Secondly, a deep analysis is conducted on the application of digital perception and collection technology for road infrastructure performance and intelligent data analysis technology in the maintenance management and operation of road facilities, and the main new maintenance technologies driven by data are summarized and analyzed. Finally, the development expectations are put forward in terms of technology and standards regarding the performance evaluation and prediction methods of future road facilities.
