    随着城市化进程的加速和交通需求的不断增长,大型交通基础设施的规划和建设必须具备前瞻性,以适应未来发展的需求。但是,在实际建设过程中,相关详细规划及工程建设的具体情况往往无法确定,给精准预留决策带来困难。S7公路勘察设计工作正式开始于2015年,研究工作则更早开展,在研究和设计过程中存在大量不确定因素。探讨了大型交通基础设施远期预留的技术方法及实际应用,分析了远期预留的关键要素,包括土地预留、技术接口预留、功能拓展预留等;站在2025年这个时间点重新审视当初预留设计的适应性,在外部条件日趋明确的今天讨论当初预留的成功及不足;提出了“预留空间优于预留结构”的主张,旨在为交通基础设施的可持续发展提供支持和借鉴。

    Abstract:

    With the acceleration of urbanization and the continuous growth of transportation demands, the planning and construction of large-scale transportation infrastructure must be forward-looking to accommodate the future development needs. However, during the actual construction process, the specific circumstances of the relevant detailed planning and engineering construction are often impossible to determine, which brings difficulties to precise reservation decisions. The survey and design work for the S7 Highway officially began in 2015, while the research work was initiated even earlier. Numerous uncertainties existed during the research and design processes.The technical methods and practical applications for long-term reservation in large-scale transportation infrastructure are discussed. And the key elements of long-term reservation including land reservation, technical interface reservation, and functional expansion reservation are analyzed. From the perspective of the year 2025, the adaptability of the initial reservation design is re-examined. Today, when the external conditions are becoming increasingly clear, the successes and shortcomings of the initial reservation are discussed. The proposition that "reserving space is superior to reserving structure" is put forward in order to provide support and reference for the sustainable development of transportation infrastructure.
