    摘要:

    针对实验园区废水组分复杂、腐蚀性强等特性导致的管网安全问题,设计实验室废水"浓液专业回收+预清洗废水回收+后清洗废原位预处理+综合废水处理"的四级处理模式,结合文献计量法和预清洗废水污染程度衰减实验论证工艺的可行性。结果表明实验园区废水四级处理体系可大幅降低污水处理站进水酸碱度波动、削减75%~85%污染物总量,从而削减80%加药量、65%~80%污泥量和50%综合固废处理成本;预计可使管网腐蚀速率降低83.6%,维护成本减少76%。研究成果为实验园区废水处理提供了高效低碳解决方案,为实验园区排水管网全生命周期安全管理提供技术支撑。

    Abstract:

    In response to the safety issues caused of pipeline network caused by the complex composition and high corrosivity of wastewater in experimental parks, a four-level treatment model for laboratory wastewater, which includes “professional recovery of concentrated liquid + recovery of pre-cleaning wastewater + in-situ pretreatment of post-cleaning wastewater + comprehensive wastewater treatment” is designed. The feasibility of this process is demonstrated in combination with the literature metrology method and the attenuation experiment of pollution degree of pre-cleaning wastewater. The results show that the four-level treatment system of wastewater in the experimental parks can significantly reduce the fluctuation of the pH value of the influent to the sewage treatment station, cut the total amount of pollutants by 75% to 85%, thereby reducing the dosage of chemicals by 80%, the amount of sludge by 65% to 80%, and the comprehensive solid waste treatment cost by 50%. It is estimated that the corrosion rate of the pipeline network can be reduced by 83.6% and the maintenance cost can be cut by 76%. The research result provides an efficient and low-carbon solution for wastewater treatment in experimental parks, and offers the technical support for whole-life cycle safety management of drainage pipeline networks in the experimental parks.
