    摘要:

    川周公路浦东运河采用的钢混混合连续梁桥的总体布置和主梁设计,对连续梁桥钢混结合段设计进展进行了文献综述。在此基础上,对川周公路浦东运河桥的钢混结合段的总体设计、预应力布置、钢格室构造、竖向抗剪构造等进行了选型分析及布置介绍。目前已建成的桥采用单箱单室断面,而浦东运河桥断面较宽,采用的是单箱四室断面,因此需要进行特殊设计,在构造上具有一定的创新性。为了分析证明结构设计合理性及安全性,对于钢混结合段的受力分析及部分结果进行了简介。

    Abstract:

    The overall layout and main beam design of the steel-concrete composite continuous beam bridge is adopted for the Pudong Canal in the Chuanzhou Highway. The design of the steel-concrete combined segment of continuous beam bridge is reviewed. Based on the above summary, the modeling analysis and layout introduction are conducted for the overall design, prestressing arrangement, steel grid-cell structure and vertical shear resistance structure of steel-concrete combined segment of this bridge. At the present, the single-box single-chamber cross section is adopted for the built bridge. Due to the wider cross section of the Pudong Canal, the single-box four-chamber cross section is used. Therefore, the special design is required, and the structure should be innovated. In order to analyse and verify the safety and rationality of the structural design, the stress analysis and partial results of steel-concrete composite segment are briefly introduced.
