Abstract:The traditional quality control in the construction industry mainly relies on construction contracts, design documents, and national standards and norms. Although these data have clear requirements for engineering quality, in the stages of engineering feasibility study, the engineering survey and design, and the engineering construction, the deviations and deficiencies are inevitable, and all have factors that may lead to engineering quality problems. Especially in the construction stage, the management level of the construction unit and the quality consciousness of the workers are the two most important factors to determine the quality of the project. In the specific management of a certain unit project, how to transform the quality control basis provisions into precise management instructions and clearly convey them to the operation personnel is the key task of quality process control. The implementation of precise digital management for engineering quality control, that is, quantitative management, can effectively solve the problem of generally low efficiency in traditional "mechanical" management based on quality standard provisions. Taking the prestressing project of the sub-project of the prefabricated beam unit project of the superstructure of the municipal beam bridge as an example, the quality issues is classified, the control measures are formulated and a list-style "digital" quality control quantitative management table is compiled in combination with the project itself. Verified by practice, this quality quantification management is a scientific, reasonable and efficient method, which can provide a reference for engineering quality management.
