    摘要:

    芸尾水道是厦门市马銮湾新城水系中的支河连接河道,主要承担收集山区雨水和城区涝水、水质生态、景观等功能。作为新城内湾水系重要一环,芸尾水道的建设是实现片区防洪排涝安全、水生态环境提升、水资源可持续利用的重要措施。以芸尾水道建设为研究对象,分析了工程建设需要考虑的各种要素保障以及在这些要素保障限制下的河道堤防设计要点,重点研究了用地条件限制与行洪过流需求、工程造价之间的平衡,通过限宽设计、特殊节点防护等措施,完成了复杂边界条件下用地限宽与河道设计的有机统一。

    Abstract:

    Yunwei Waterway is a branch river connection channel in the water system of Maluan Bay New Town in Xiamen City, which mainly undertakes the functions of collecting the mountain rainwater and urban floodwater, maintaining the water quality and ecology, and providing a landscape. As an important part of the inner bay water system of the new town, the construction of Yunwei Waterway is an important measure to achieve the flood control and waterlogging drainage safety, improve the water ecological environment, and ensure the sustainable utilization of water resources in the area. Taking the construction of Yunwei Waterway as the research object, various element guarantees that need to be considered in the engineering construction and the key points of river embankment design under the constraints of these element guarantees are analyzed. The focus is on the analysis of the balance among the land use conditions restrictions, flood discharge requirements and engineering cost. Through the measures such as limited width design and special node protection, the organic unity of land use limited width and river design under the complex boundary conditions has been achieved.
