Abstract:The main bridge of Wujiang River Bridge is a (35+200+40+125+35+80+35) m seven-span through continuous steel structure arch bridge, and its total width is 39 m. The arch ribs of the bridge are set at the position of the medial divider, and the transverse cantilever of the girder is larger. At the same time, it is considered to avoid the interaction effect of slow traffic and interchange traffic, and the 3.5 m slow lanes on both sides will be cantilevered at the bottom of the girder. The large, medium and small three-arch ribbed form with a staggered height, continuous shape resembling flowing clouds and water, and distant mountains stretching on and on is adopted for the main bridge, meaning to ride the wind and break the waves, ready to go. The steel box section is used for the arc rib, and the girder is an orthotropic steel bridge deck integral steel-box girder structure. The girder height is 2.5~4.2 m with a longitudinal and transverse beam structures on both sides of the cantilevered slow lane. All the suspension rods are made of whole bundles of extruded steel strands. The substructure is the solid piers with the bored cast-in-place pile foundations. At the same time, a spatial finite element model of the bridge is established to analyze the static force, stability and fatigue. The results show that the overall static performance, dynamic stability performance and fatigue resistance of the main bridge all meet the requirements of the specifications.
