Abstract:Taking the Shanghai Rail Transit Line 17 West Extension Project as the background, the key technologies in the design of elevated section bridges are systematically elaborated. The focus is on proposing a precast U-shaped girder scheme mainly with the 30m spans, which takes into amount the structural economy, construction efficiency and landscape compatibility. For the special nodes, a (100+180+100)m central cable-plane low-pylon cable-stayed bridge is adopted to span the Lanlu Port of Grade III waterway, and the landscape is designed in combination with the water town culture of the Jiangnan region. A (75+111+75)m curved variable-width continuous girder is used to span Shanghai - Chongqing Expressway. Through structural optimization, the spanning in complex linear cantilever pouring methods is achieved. The project integrates structural mechanics with aesthetic concepts, forming an exemplary model combining standardized design with specialized innovation, which has a reference value for similar engineering projects.
