上海市公路工程桩基检查问题分析及监管对策

Analysis and Regulatory Countermeasures of Pile Foundation Inspection Problems in Shanghai Highway Engineering

摘要:

公路行业的高质量发展，以及预制拼装工艺的普及，极大地促进了公路桥梁行业的发展；同时，目前绝大多数桩基依旧采用传统施工工艺，因此，对隐蔽工程的施工安全进行质量管理至关重要。为进一步提升公路工程隐蔽工程的质量，上海市交通建设工程安全质量监督站于2024年开展公路工程桩基专项检查，通过4轮检查，总结了7个方面共431条突出问题。通过对上海市公路工程桩基突出问题的统计及分析，结合我国行业现状，分析问题的成因，从行业监督管理的角度进行思考和总结，为公路工程安全质量监督工作提供建议。

Abstract:

With the high-quality development of the highway industry and the popularization of prefabricated assembly technology, the development of highway bridges has rapidly increased; At the same time, due to the fact that the vast majority of pile foundations still use traditional construction techniques, the safety and quality management of concealed engineering construction is crucial. In order to further improve the quality of concealed engineering in highway projects, the Municipal Traffic Safety and Quality Supervision Station conducted a special inspection of highway engineering pile foundations in 2024. Through four rounds of inspection, a total of 431 prominent problems were summarized in 7 aspects. Through statistical analysis of prominent issues with pile foundations in Shanghai's highway engineering, combined with industry status analysis of the causes of the problems, and from the perspective of industry supervision and management, this study provides suggestions for the safety and quality supervision of highway engineering.
