Abstract:The underground vehicle traffic system generally includes the urban underground arterial roads, underground garage access roads and underground garages. There are significant differences in internal technical standards within the system, numerous split and combined flow entrances and exits, and strong interactivity among various sub-items. The use of traditional underground road monitoring systems for the control has the significant safety risks and challenges. Based on the existing research results, the digital twins can be relied on to carry out the digital and intelligent construction of underground roads, and an efficient and intelligent operation and maintenance management platform can be built to enhance the safety and resilience of the system. In view of the security risk points of the system itself, the construction experience of the intelligent tunnel is summarized. By enhancing the functional modules of the intelligent management platform system, the traffic safety and disaster prevention resilience are focused. And the specific intelligent control measures are proposed in order to provide the references for similar projects.
