Abstract:With the acceleration of urbanization and the growth of the demand for underground space development in China, the cases where shield tunnels are constructed in a sharp curve manner in high-density urban areas are increasing day by day. Focusing on the demand for the sharp curve construction of the initial rainwater storage project in Shanghai Taopu Wastewater Treatment Plant, the technical investigation and survey are carried out. The principle of shield sharp curve technology and its current development status at home and abroad are discussed. And based on the global patent intelligence data, the overall development trend, competitive pattern and key patents of this technology are analyzed. Taking the optimization of the bagging technology for segments as a case, by systematically analyzing the high-value patents for inventions in Japan, the core patents with high technical maturity and a high degree of alignment with the requirements of this project are screened out. And the relevant patent intelligence is provided to the technology research and development teams, which help the teams optimize the technical schemes and improve the quality and efficiency of construction. The application value of patent research in engineering has been verified, and the important role of patent intelligence in the strategic layout of enterprises and the competition of global underground engineering technology is reflected.
