Abstract:With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in China and the change of the global climate, the natural disasters such as rainstorms, waterlogging and floods caused by extreme weather occur frequently, seriously threatening the safety and development of cities. As a key component of urban infrastructure lifeline project, the rainwater pipe network plays a significant role in rainwater separation and treatment. Taking an urban rainwater pipe network system as the basis, and combined with the resilience theory, by using the PSR mode, the resilience evaluation indicators of urban rainwater pipe network are built, and a “combined weighting - extension cloud” assessment model is established. Finally, an example of an urban area in Guizhou Province is used for verification, and the resilience indicators are quantified to obtain the resilience grades of the rainwater pipe network system under different rainfall intensities. The evaluation results can be visualized to better assist decision-makers and urban planners in understanding and responding to the challenges and risks of urban rainwater pipe networks.
