    原位河道生态修复技术(In-situ river ecological remediation,ISER)通过“淤泥治理—资源转化—生态修复”的闭环路径,创新实现了疏浚泥的低碳再生利用,且兼具了环境友好和工程经济双重优势。资源循环型特征有效破解传统淤泥外运处置的高碳排困境,而复合生态护岸结构在增强岸坡稳定性的同时,显著提升了河湖水陆交错带的生物栖息功能。以奉贤区庄行镇生态清洁小流域(长堤村、潘垫村等治理单元)项目利用ISER生态护岸技术修复项目为例,详细说明疏浚泥原位资源化建设生态护岸技术的施工管理要点及质量控制标准,旨在规范ISER生态护岸的施工与管理,确保项目安全实施,为ISER生态护岸工程的建设提供借鉴。

    Abstract:

    The in-situ river ecological remediation (ISER) technology is used to innovatively realize the low-carbon recycling of dredged sediment through the closed -loop mode of “mud treatment - resource conversion - ecological remediation”, and combines the dual advantages of environmental friendliness and engineering economy. The resource recycling feature effectively resolves the high carbon emission predicament of traditional sludge transportation and disposal. And the composite ecological bank protection structure not only enhances the stability of the bank slope, but also significantly improves the biological habitat function of the water-land transition zone of rivers and lakes. Taking the ISER ecological bank protection technology for restoration utilized in the ecological clean small watershed project in Zhuangxing Town, Fengxian District (including the governance units such as Changti Village and Pandian Village) as an example, the construction management essentials and quality control standards of in-situ resource-based ecological bank protection technology of dredged sediment are explained in detail. The aim is to standardize the construction and management of IESR ecological bank protection and ensure the safe implementation of the project, which provides the references for the construction of ISER ecological bank protection projects.
