川南奉公路东方枢纽段功能提升方案研究

Research on Functional Upgrading Scheme for Dongfang Hub Section of Chuannanfeng Highway

以上海东方枢纽周边地区的交通规划为背景，探讨了川南奉公路提升改建的必要性和可行性。基于上位规划对川南奉公路的定位，结合虹桥枢纽案例分析，指出站城融合背景下多通道分流和交通分离的重要性。通过交通需求分析发现，周邓快速路枢纽段在高峰时段存在多种交通叠加风险。川南奉公路因其区位优势，能有效分流周邓快速路压力，同时兼顾区域交通均衡和横向道路服务功能，为类似枢纽区域的路网规划，及道路建设、改建提供参考。

Abstract:

Taking the transportation planning of the surrounding area of Dongfang Hub in Shanghai as the background, the necessity and feasibility of upgrading and reconstructing Chuannanfeng Highway are discussed. Based on the positioning of Chuannanfeng Highway in the upper-level planning and combined with the case analysis of Hongqiao Hub, the importance of multi-channel diversion and traffic separation under the background of station-city integration is pointed out. Through traffic demand analysis, it is found that the hub section of Zhoudeng Expressway has multiple traffic superposition risks during peak hours. Due to its location advantage, Chuannanfeng Highway can effectively divert the pressure of Zhoudeng Expressway, and meanwhile take into account the regional traffic balance and the service function of the lateral roads, which provides a reference for the road network planning and road construction and reconstruction in similar hub areas.
