    摘要:

    以横门西特大桥为工程背景,针对双索面钢箱梁斜拉桥施工中的“塔梁同步”安装技术展开研究。在分析塔、梁、索力学相互作用关系,以及“塔梁同步”安装基本原理的基础上,提出了“塔梁同步”施工工艺优化方案。该方案涵盖了施工前期准备、塔梁同步安装流程、关键技术要点、质量和安全保障措施;与传统施工技术相比,“塔梁同步”安装技术在缩短工期、降低安全风险、保证质量等方面都具有较大优势,并且在不同类型和规模的桥梁工程中都具有广阔的推广前景。

    Abstract:

    Taking the Hengmenxi Special Bridge as the engineering background, the "pylon-girder synchronous" installation technology in the construction of a double-plane steel box girder cable-stayed bridge is studied. On the basis of analyzing the mechanical interaction among the pylon, girder and cables, as well as the fundamental principles of the "pylon-girder synchronous" installation, an optimization scheme for the pylon-girder synchronous” construction process is proposed. This scheme encompasses the pre-construction preparations, pylon-girder synchronous installation procedure, key technical points, and quality and safety assurance measures. Compared with the traditional construction techniques, the "pylon-girder synchronous" installation technology has the significant advantages in shortening the construction period, reducing the safety risks and ensuring the quality, and shows the broad application prospects in bridge projects of different types and scales.
