    摘要:

    以上海振华重工(集团)股份有限公司南通分公司厂区道路为研究对象,针对现有24 cm厚水泥混凝土路面在1 000 kN超重荷载作用下的严重损坏问题,提出了维修加固方案。通过理论分析和计算,评估了现有路面的承载能力,设计了钢筋混凝土路面结构,并对比了高强度混凝土和钢纤维混凝土的性能,同时提出了注浆封固技术以修复板下脱空问题。研究结果表明,采用钢筋混凝土路面结构可显著提高路面的承载能力和使用寿命,掺加钢纤维的混凝土路面性价比更优。

    Abstract:

    Taking the plant roads in the Nantong Branch of Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries (Group) Co., Ltd. as the research object, aiming at the severe damage of the existing 24-cm thick cement concrete pavement under an overweight load of 1,000 kN, the repair and reinforcement schemes are proposed. Through the theoretical analysis and calculations, the load bearing capacity of the existing pavement is evaluated, and a reinforced concrete pavement structure is designed. And the performances of high-strength concrete and the steel fiber concrete are compared. At the same time, the grouting sealing technology is proposed to fix the problem of voids under the plate. The results show that the use of reinforced concrete pavement structure can significantly improve the bearing capacity and service life of the pavement. The concrete pavement with added steel fibers offers better cost performance.
