Abstract:Taking the plant roads in the Nantong Branch of Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industries (Group) Co., Ltd. as the research object, aiming at the severe damage of the existing 24-cm thick cement concrete pavement under an overweight load of 1,000 kN, the repair and reinforcement schemes are proposed. Through the theoretical analysis and calculations, the load bearing capacity of the existing pavement is evaluated, and a reinforced concrete pavement structure is designed. And the performances of high-strength concrete and the steel fiber concrete are compared. At the same time, the grouting sealing technology is proposed to fix the problem of voids under the plate. The results show that the use of reinforced concrete pavement structure can significantly improve the bearing capacity and service life of the pavement. The concrete pavement with added steel fibers offers better cost performance.
