    随着城市更新和高铁枢纽引入新线,铁路枢纽也面临着城市更新的压力和需求,交通枢纽一方面有着日益凸显的交通问题,一方面还有着新线接入、城市更新的更多需求,因此在供需已不匹配的前提下,如何在现有的空间内充分挖潜,如对落客平台、小汽车停车库、网约车、巡游出租车等极易造成拥堵的交通设施进行空间重构,对公共交通类设施如何做好服务以吸引客流,对路网集散方面的道路规模不足、等级不匹配等问题做好优化,需要进一步的构思和研讨。为此,以厦门北站为研究对象,基于“空间重构-流程再造-机制创新”的优化框架,提出多项交通改善措施,涵盖个体化交通、非个体化交通和路网集散等方面。这些方案旨在城市更新的背景下,在有限空间内,以尽量少的代价、尽可能多的提升效率去缓解枢纽拥堵、增强城市竞争力,对解决厦门北站交通问题具有重要意义,也为其他城市交通枢纽优化提供了参考范例。

    Abstract:

    With the urban renewal and the introduction of new line into high-speed railway hub, the railway hubs are also under pressure and demand for urban renewal. On the one hand, the traffic hubs are confronted with increasingly prominent traffic problems; on the other hand, the hubs also have more demands for the connection of new lines and urban renewal. Therefore, under the premise of existing supply-demand mismatch, the further conception and discussion are needed in terms of how to fully tap the potential within the existing space, such as restructuring the space of traffic facilities that are prone to congestion, like drop-off platforms, car parking garages, online car-hailing services, and taxi services, how to provide good services to attract passenger flow for public transportation facilities, and how to optimize the problems such as insufficient road scale and mismatch of grades in the distribution and convergence of road network.Taking North Xiamen Railway Station as the research object, based on the optimization framework of "spatial restructuring - process reengineering - mechanism innovation", the multiple traffic improvement measures are proposed to cover the individualized transportation, non-individualized transportation, and road network optimization. These schemes aim to alleviate the hub congestion and enhance the urban competitiveness at the lowest possible cost and with the greatest possible efficiency improvement within a limited space in the context of urban renewal, which is of great significance for solving the traffic problems at North Xiamen Railway Station and also provides a reference example for the optimization of transportation hubs in other cities.
