    摘要:

    解决寒冷地区路面凝冰问题,是当下公路交通领域的重难点。为此,选取多种降冰点成分进行复配,结合挤压造粒和包覆成膜工艺,制备了一种可抑制路面结冰的缓释型抗凝冰材料。冻融劈裂试验结果表明,在5%掺量条件下,其冻融劈裂TSR为89.84%。掺入该材料的沥青试件能缓慢释放组分中的有效成分,抑制路面结冰,结合室内试验和项目试验段路面应用效果进行综合评价,制得抗凝冰沥青混合料抑冰效果明显。研究成果为后续寒冷地区路面材料的研究提供了新思路,同时高效快速的抗凝冰沥青混合料施工工艺,对低温环境的路面工程有一定的借鉴意义。

    Abstract:

    Solving the icing problem of pavements in cold areas is a major difficulty in the field of highway transportation nowadays. For this reason, a variety of freezing point reduction components are selected for compounding. Combined with extrusion granulation and coating film-forming process, a slow-release anti-icing material able to inhibit pavement icing is prepared. The results of freeze-thaw splitting test show that the TSR of freeze-thaw splitting is 89.84% at 5% dosage. The asphalt specimens mixed with this material can slowly release the active ingredients in the components and inhibit the pavement icing. Combined with the indoor test and the pavement application effect in the project test section for a comprehensive evaluation, the anti-icing effect of the anti-icing asphalt mixture is obvious. The research results provide a new idea for the follow-up research of pavement materials in the cold areas; at the same time, the efficient and rapid anti-icing asphalt mixture construction process has a certain reference significance for the pavement projects in the low-temperature environment.
